Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase or use ShopReply AI.
The service
ShopReply AI helps online stores answer routine customer emails using the information they provide. It does not change orders, issue refunds or provide legal, financial, medical or emergency advice. Difficult or uncertain questions remain your team's responsibility. AI can make mistakes; keep your store information accurate and review your results.
Your account and email
You must be authorized to manage the store and its customer messages. Protect your account and provide only information you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your content and data; we retain ownership of the platform. With forwarding, enable forwarding to your assigned support address or use that address as your store's contact. Replies show your store name but are sent from our service address, not your Gmail or Outlook account. Your email provider may restrict forwarding. Automatic replies require completed setup and your express consent.
Plans and payment
Direct plans cost $49, $99 or $199 USD per month and include up to 300, 1,000 or 1,500 processed emails. Agency prices are $29, $59 or $119 per active store per month. The checkout shows your total and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. When the allowance is used, processing stops until the next period unless you expressly enable the available $0.10-per-email add-on. Agency add-ons are not offered. Setup is free; the optional draft trial lasts up to 24 hours or 30 messages, whichever comes first.
Agencies
Agencies must have each store's permission to manage its information. They set their own resale prices and bill their customers separately. Added stores start after successful payment for the remaining period, with a proportional initial allowance. Agency branding does not conceal the legal operator or shared service address.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in Billing or contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Pausing replies does not cancel your subscription. Our Refund Policy explains refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, health data, adult content, gambling, insurance or legal, financial and tax advice. We may suspend access for nonpayment or misuse. Availability and delivery times can vary; no uninterrupted service or specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum explain data handling. We will notify account holders of material changes to these terms or prices before they apply.
