Monthly service, with no long-term commitment.
Cancel any time
Cancel your subscription in Billing or email support@shopreplyai.com from your account address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then and are not charged for the next period. There is no cancellation fee. Pausing replies does not cancel billing.
Refunds
Canceling does not normally refund the current paid period. If we discontinue your service without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of that period. For a billing mistake or service issue, contact us with your account email and a short description. A request is reviewed before any refund is approved.
Try the service
Setup is free. An optional draft trial lasts up to 24 hours or 30 messages, whichever comes first, without a card. Trial replies remain drafts. A paid plan and your express consent are required for automatic replies.
